Mission Statement
The mission of the Rutgers Office of Information Technology Project Management Office (PMO) is to provide an enterprise wide service to manage and successfully execute IT initiatives which are in support of staff, faculty and students who provide excellence in education, research and services the communities we care for. The PMO's primary goal is to provide project support and governance ensuring projects are delivered within scope, are on time and on budget within defined quality measures.

- Maintain and mature a scalable project management methodology and provide tools to the IT community to ensure highly successful, high quality projects.
- Provide project management leadership and strategic direction when called upon.
- Provide a conduit and transparency for communicating accurate project: status', issues, risks and dependencies across the portfolio of IT projects.
